Wedding Photography Coverage Guide

Coverage is based on the flow and length of your day, not just the number of guests. Getting ready, details, family/group photos, reception highlights, or send-offs all take time. That is why we’ll work together to make sure the memories that matter most to you are beautifully captured.

Most packages are designed around one primary location. If your day includes multiple locations, or you want more portraits and details captured, additional hours can be added at the package hourly rate, including all images. This ensures every moment is captured without feeling rushed, while keeping your day realistic and enjoyable.

All packages include 1 photographer. No video services are provided.

1-2 Hours of Coverage | Perfect for: Just the two of you, or with a witness/officiant.

Elopement with Guests ~ $900

2-3 Hours of Coverage | Perfect for: A casual, intimate celebration with around 25 guests.

Micro-Wedding ~ $1200

3.5-4 Hours of Coverage | Perfect for: A small wedding typically around 50 guests.

Intimate Wedding ~ $1500

5 Hours of Coverage | Perfect for: A personal wedding experience that captures the key moments of your day.

Easy Online Booking for Your Date – Just a $300 booking retainer (for any package) and signed contract are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due once your gallery is ready — meaning less down up front and nothing due on the wedding day, giving you more flexibility for budgeting and other wedding necessities.
